One of my clients had just returned from exploring some of Georgia’s trails, and they wanted a tattoo to keep those memories close. We ended up creating a mountain piece—clean lines, gentle shading, and that calm autumn mood captured in ink. A permanent little reminder of cold mornings, silent peaks, and the feeling of being small in a vast, beautiful landscape.
Alongside that piece, I worked on a design inspired by Scandinavian ornaments. There’s something about their geometry—simple yet deeply symbolic—that fits so naturally on the body. They carry a quiet strength, a rhythm, a balance. Perfect for anyone who loves a mix of history and minimalism.
And then there was an abstract ornamental cover-up: layers of curves, textures, and negative space, transforming an old tattoo into something entirely new. These kinds of projects are always my favorite—watching a shape evolve, finding harmony where there wasn’t any before, and helping someone fall in love with their skin again.
Autumn feels like the season of reflection, and maybe that’s why these tattoos all felt connected: landscapes, heritage, transformation. A reminder that November may be dim, but it’s full of stories waiting to be told—sometimes in ink.
